What We’re Looking For:
We are actively seeking individuals who identify as a LGBTQ+ person of color and have a passion for creating positive change within the community. Ideal candidates will possess:
- Strong connections within the queer community and other related organizations.
- A strong commitment to advancing the rights and opportunities of LGBTQ+ people of color.
- Previous board or leadership experience within nonprofit organizations.
- A strategic mindset and a willingness to work collaboratively with other board members.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Work experience equivalent to the position you are seeking to fill.
