While literature on its own offers solace and distraction, it can also become the backbone of community. While COVID-19 has forced many of us to turn to literature to pass the time, the Speak Out Book Club has brought more than 150 African-American LGBT people together to discuss books mostly written by us – for us.
Welcome to the Speak Out Book Club.
